If they make a 10 Plus II as bigger version of 10 ii, but with 765/5G + 6/128, same cam setup of X5 for less than $650.
Velvet costs as much as G8 in South Korea.
HMD 8.3 is 600 euros.
I doubt mi note 11 will be cheaper than this.
Bonus: charger inside 10ii box is 5V/1,5A . If you want 18W, you buy one.

It’s a genuine question, what exactly can Sony take advantage of when LG itself is in a poor state? And where exactly when they have reduced their global footprint.

It’s a genuine question, what exactly can Sony take advantage of when LG itself is in a poor state? And where exactly when they have reduced their global footprint.
It would have been a fair question asked with genuine curiousity had you not included the
which clearly implied you think it's a joke that sony would gain any market share just cause of LG's latest flop.
That being said, I tend to agree. Sony is not going to gain any market share, but I don't think their goal is to do so anymore. Anyway, back to 1ii....
Are there any preorder packages out yet? or at least any rumors of one? I'd like to know if there will be any good freebies given. I'm thinking that they won't provide the new XM4s but will instead provide the cheaper model, which is escaping me at the moment.

true. they aren't announced yet, so it's unlikely they'd be included as a gift. i wouldn't mind the XM3s as a gift again to be honest. they still go for over $200 during a very good sale price, so that would make the pricetag of the 1ii a bit more easy to swallow.

I think there's actually a possibility for Sony to increase their numbers, but that won't happen due to the collapse of mighty LG.

All brands will lose sales this year.
I think if sony posts 1,5 mi devices, it will be a win already.
In normal year, I think they could improve by maybe 10-12%.
