sounds good.. i was afraid it would have an annoying shutter sound everytime i want to take a picture!
It is definitely region dependent. For instance, the FW version found in units for the Hong Kong market can't turn off the shutter sound. Likewise, K750 bought in Holland seem to have sae feature, can't turn off shutter sound.

My mother's new phone. Not bad, but not keen on the Motorola menu system and it seems slow in comparison to the K750i. Although it does take a standard mini USB cable which is handy...

But here ligthing was pretty good, so the photo is amazing clear.

Normally CMOS but maybe it will be changed into CCD (K750i rumours). But CCD may not be better quality than CMOS at daylight. Look at crappy S700i pics (CCD) and good Samsung D500 pics (CMOS). Same resolution (1.3 MP) but CMOS is above CCD. the only advantage of CCD is at low light conditions and for videorecording (fast movements).

Of course they do, they're about 20x better quality and 6x bigger.
Heres some from today. I went to visit some family.. at the cemetery.
Im not too impressed with the quality of these pictures - my own fault not the camera's, i kept using the AF when i shouldnt have, so some of them turned out blurred a little, and some dark.
General pictures demonstrating focus, and a gothic style B&W picture.
On the way out of the cemetery:
I've some more pictures to show off of another subject, but i'll post them later..
