I got mine Xperia Z and it just look like on the right Screen when stare to it directly.

however as you tilt you start to notice a degradation in the color.

In short Xperia Z has really brilliant display but bad viewing angles [ put in mind that viewing angle looks much better than what you see in the picture . ].
