@BLKSNAKER

Could you provide instructions for your driver please - and what it's based on (which stock driver). I have followed many a link but none come with a driver. Also, a few people have provided me with a link for 9.21 but the driver version always says 9.16. Could you possibly provide a link for your version 9.22 driver too please.

Many thanks.

@raiderski: when we are changing the shutter speed and we want to enable the preview, when we press the button for preview the phone restarts.
this is happening all the time.

i am using w810

No such problem with my w800i. Preview works fine after changing shutter speed.

I'm sorry, I've misunderstood ya. The problem is real. When you unable the preview an THEN try to change the shutter setting - the camera crashes... Raiderski's gonna fix it for sure.

sure, take what you want from code - this is full open source about focus... when something fails then it's fault of autofocus algorithm built in firmware or camera DSP. in driver we can only select what range should be scanned to find exact focus, nothing more. this is why we cannot blame any driver for bad focusing. sometimes it's working good sometimes not, nothing is perfect

all
shutter speed preview work isn't ideal - this was first attempt, we have problems and now it's time to fix everything what is wrong. i know where are major problems and they are easy to fix

i realized something... if we take real digital camera and try to change exposure time (in our case it's well known shutter speed) effect is not visible on viewfinder! this is quite obvious in situations when we can set time to 30s or even 60s. so, do we really need preview? hmm... i'm going to sleep

ohh, one more thing... it's not nice to offer driver as supermode only. many people want only standard driver features, no problem...

9.16 is actually 9.22 (check it in phone info entering this >*I have many drivers...and I based them on "my stock driver wich is 9.0"
tell me which driver you need and I will upload it with its instructions.

@BLKSNAKER

I have a w800i R1BC0002 CID36 unit. Can I have the most suitable. The features I really like having used/tested a few drivers are infinity focus and auto exposure lock. The more important is infinity focus.
I would welcome the driver you think works best with the platform I have.
Sorry to be vague.

Thanks.
