My MBW-100 is 2 years in april and my display is very, very, very weak. I can't see it unless I turn off the light in the room. Outside it is useless besides the vibration.
Are your displays still going strong?
same with my mbw-100 the display is very dim i can only use it during the night time. during the day i use my abacus or mbw-150. i don't know why this problem turned out?

I got mine back after service and it was a SWAP. My old one was in really good shape, but the one I got back was scratchy all over. How can they swap a product and give you one in bad condition? The display worked though. I didn't accept the clock.

My display is now fading rapidly. Can't see it at all during the day now.
I didn't think OLEDs would do this!

I am not sure if it's the battery or the screen simply fading, like the old style electroluminescent displays on the front of VCRs and DVD players.
I think I'm going to send the watch back to SE for repair, even though it's out of warranty. I think I'd argue that it isn't reasonable to expect a watch to last only a year or two!

Even after a long, full, charge the brightness is no different. I've got another two of them, so it's shocking to see how faint the display is compared to the others.

You can see the difference when they're side by side. Awful camera image btw, but you can still see!

I know what you mean, it's a shame at least at the se service center that i went to the salesman admitted that i'm not the only one that came in with the problem.
