It was a Telital something from year 2000.
It's just that I can't understand a grown man can be so persistent in proving his point...

Nothing new there, just a regular blogpost...
Το X10 έχει οθόνη ικανή για 65,536 έτσι ώστε να μην ανησυχείτε όταν θα δείχνετε τις ασπρόμαυρες φωτογραφίες
Sarcasm?
Εξοπλισμένο με capacitive screen και Android 1.6, το X10 θα έπρεπε να υποστηρίζει multi touch αλλά δυστυχώς δεν.
Really now? Isn't 1.6 just touch?
I believe Android 1.6 can't run Open GL 2.0.

but developing on 1.6 got them in the quandry now do you think that SE may wait on Flan (2.1) before they upgrade UX, as a means to allow for development time, or do they have to wait for the SDK (i think moto had a deal with google, ie google dictated what kind of phone they wanted and moto agreed b.c of their situation financially) so because of that relationship they had access to the SDK before it was released which is part of the reason we have 1.6 on the X10.
For the thousandth time, learn the difference between Google experience devices and custom Android ROMS.
Why do you think the motoDEXT is still running Android 1.6, even though Motorola has "Full access" to Android 2.0?
Logic: Use it, once in a while.

look here dont disparage me. the tone youve taken is one of condescension, i dont appreciate it. say what you have to say without being rude. the part of my post you quoted is basically what you were trying to correct. so it should have been obvious i understand the difference, but i dont know why that would discount the browser when the browser IS part of android, and not a google application like maps/gtalk/gmail etc ... so, the delineation youve made is inaccurate. even still, does that mean the X10 will NEVER see the new browser, was that the point of your post? I just want to know if, like the keyboard you could supplant the current browser, would it still work, does it use new APIs that wouldtn allow it to work in 1.6?
Yeah, that tone comes after people repeatedly keep speculating even if the truth is right in front of their eyes.
The part I quoted was the one where you say "Developing 1.6 got them into this" and all that. You speak as if they had a choice between two versions and they chose the older one. The fact is, nobody that develops custom Android ROMs is anywhere close to being capable of announcing a 2.0 phone; simply because Google is currently tending to the Google experience phones. It has been said since the beginning of Android that the Goog-exp phones would ALWAYS get the updates first.
The amount of speculation that goes on in here makes the oil market look tame in comparison.

Does the review say anything bout audio quality? Google translate is producing gibberish. Anyone speak Russian?
he says nothing about sound, he also hadn't the possibility to hold the mobile longer in his hands and didn't want to make a video of the media/timescape because it was lagging. so nothing new from this review.
another question: does the x10 has a light sensor?
@untitled - thanx
@sealover - ment through head/ear phones. Speakers on phones are rarely any gud whether they're stereo or not. Thanx tho.
Is sound quality a hardware or software thing? Coz i have not read anything positive bout android in that respect(e.g the Hero - no equaliser even)

someone may have to look it up but the QSD8250 may have a separate DSP.

I don't know if this can be answered but is there a way to change the theme in timescape and mediascape? As much as i love the concept the blue background is giving me a headache...I'm hoping for something like, well, plain black.
