sorry... but I think your confused.... grain is in film... noise is for digital media.... Or let me guess... your actually smarter than you let on in your posts but you say these things to incite debate.... We talkin about lens cover, big screens, A-GPS, 16:9 3.5 inch wide screen wiith nHD technology, DLNA to wifi with 3.5G speed, video records WVGA (864×480) @ 25fps, and VGA (640×480) @ 30fps, etc...

THERE IS NO PERFECT CAMERAPHONE!
Every phone has flaws.
The difference between Pixon 12 and N8 is that the N8's flaws can be fixed. There are saturation and contrast settings in the N8 while the noise in the Pixon 12 is unchangable.

Agree - no perfect things, even DSLR cameras. Pixon12 have noise reduction in Beautiful Face mode , but I not use it . I like noble grain
