It might just be me. I find the home button a bit fragile looking. It could be that its sturdy. Gonna be getting a case for it though. Using the standard one that comes with the X10 atm as my MOFFI case is too big.

For video conversions... I like Handbrake. I use the iPhone 4 preset. This can be played by most Androids with resolution to spare.

When in phone book just then click on right hand menu key for more options the haptic softkey

Format Factory choose encoding with HD-AVC MP4 profile with bit rate around 2000 and FPS 29/30, it should work fine.
