Eh ? can you prove its a cheaper polycarbonate ? I don't think you can, since they don't give exact chemical compound details of the structure of the plastics they use.
The only difference I could guess would be the Lumia range use a thicker polycarbonate which in turn feels more solid. Plus its a unibody kind of design, which again makes it feel more solid.
I would have liked Samsung to have used aluminium in the S4, but not for a single second do I think their use of materials lowers the quality of the handset a single notch at all. Im just done watching
this Samsung video, and whilst they do the usual talking nonsense to give reasons to why they make such decisions, I don't hold it against them for their choice of materials.
