I reckon they mite at some point update it to enable full touchscreen usage...as the hardware is already capable its just the software thats limiting it at the moment, so a firmware upgrade could do it! at the moment it seems like a stupid idea to have to open slider to do basic navigation on the phone, if they actually bring in proper touchscreen support i would really consider buying this phone!!

Indeed. It would be too stupid not to. But I forgot. Its obvious the screen is just 12 pressure points. Surely. I mean when you swipe you connect pressure points.
