I don't eat horse-meat, had a pony, when I was a kid, so it would feel the same as eating dog or cat, which is possible aswell, the Chinese do it. Horse meat might even be healthier than beef or pork, probably with less hormones and antibiotics, but I just can't.
British people usually love horses, I don't think, many of them eat horse meat.
