It certainly does. The mentioned free apps, etc haven't really come with SE updates before (apart from the C905, but that wasn't really played up much). Plus it says "watch this space".

Yeah, it sounds to me like they finally making good use of their uipdate service which should be used for more than just perodical software updates, they could add no end of features and there is nothing stopping them really updating Aino to full touch, etc.

decent clip, grainy dark, but it looks like its vulcan, dont think its fake.

Only thing I've heard about a possible announcement date was the second week of August and I really don't know how trustworthy my source was for that.
