Yesterday i was talking about 'Surya Namaskar'.
Here is the good video of it. We do exactly the way it is shown in the video. One round is consist of 12 cycle of this exercise. Yesterday we did one round and today we push the limit to 2 round.

Hey well i am getting exercise today. Have driven down to Dorset to Poole and Bournemouth. Nice pics taken of sea and sun. Did lots of walking. Am in Poole now near Sandbanks which is home to some of the most expensive real estates in England. Catch ya later
