Last night I debranded to West European fw on davinci from t-mobile fw and took on a whole lot of bugs (some not even mentioned here) that weren't there before.
SEUS doesn't have the latest fw either although I know a newer one exists.

I'll be back with t-mobile fw I think.

I also have the same problem as you.
Im on O2 and since updateing the phone to R1EA031 ive had nothing but problems/.
The first few days for me were fine, I thought gr8, phone is faster and so on.
Thats where it ends.
My phone does nothing but crash, I get on average 2-4 boots a day.
The phone is sat on my table at work and visable all the time. You dont have to do anything to the phone and the phone reboots. As you said, the screen goes white and then the keyboard just lights up.
My phone is constantly switching it self back to the o2 default theme and no it keeps saying that the memroy card isnt there. ** However i dont even have to switch the phone of an on, i just go back into filemanager and the memory card is there by magic.
On occasions the phone has switched it self of which is anoying as i then get missed calls or not releasing due to the screen being black in the first place.
** Sorry to say that R1EA031 is a pile of c*ap and more bug ridden than R1DA038 and R1CA037
My battery life has improved to 3+ days over R1DA038 howeveron R1DA038 my phone never ever crashed at all.
When you write to SE is a waist of time as you get the same reply.
SE have now have months to get a firmware thats sort of bug free, but they add more and more.
Watching a video is still out of sync. This a flag ship model that cant do a video correctly.
My mates £50 Mobile can play the video with out a problem.
Its becoming a joke and not a funny one.
Master Reset helped me with reebots ... however i lost HSDPA and some stuff from handset but reboots dissapeared ... and i hope my phone will work ... i have most of bugs but i use it for 2 weeks and no reebots and Blue Ring of death so far ...

hey guys
i have a really annoying bug on my phone.. when pressing the "down" or "left" key, the phone often chooses/activates the right touch button :S (I don't touch it!) In many cases this is the back option and it begins to be really frustrating.
Anything i can do about this? a software update from t-mobile 037 to 038 didn't fix it..

Sounds like a hardware problem. Contact T-Mobile or SE.

Hmmm
Im starting to think 3 (Three UK) are correct at not releasing any firmware updates till the problems are all sorted out. im on the original 29 firmware its not perfect and has a few problems which occur but not all the time. If the flash dont work properly on a photo I take another and its spot on etc etc. Its a phone at the end of the day and it makes great calls clear quailty plus video phone works great too.

Seems many of the branded models of this phone are having abit more issues than the un branded versions, I havent had a single reboot on mine, and a lot of the bugs others have experienced I haven't had either.

My phone died yesterday, three days after update. When switching on the phone, only the keypad and blue ring around the camera are illuminated, nothing else happens. To be funny: Let's call it Blue Ring of Death

(thx, Watercoolertje)
It seems there are more K850's dying on this firmware (regarding Dutch Tweakers.net forum), some directly after flashing, some a few days later.

Just saw the red led under the power button on my old K850i, but in my case this amounted to a bad battery as I switched it out and on came the phone.
