@all: Well, I finally did it!
What exactly is it i am talking about? I finally setup a forum that is accessible by ANY device you can throw at it.
DomainStandard Forums will redirect you to a compatible interface, depending on your hardware/browser. There are 4 available interfaces:
1. Regular Web
2. Simple text-only
3. XHTML
4. WAP/WML
Note: You can perform all regular actions ( login, Post, Reply, PM, etc), except Register through interfaces 2-4.
To access the forums, simply point your browser to:

@egunje: Ran into a slight hitch. Ok, I have added a regular Web interface from which you can register. Here's the link:

Aya congratulations on the successful completion of your multi-interface site, I'll definitely be stopping by.
I'd like to comment on some of your recent posts, as I haven't browsed the forum in 3days.
First I suggest we begin to call you Aya-Nokia, because u have become a staunch PR agent for the brand. I just hope they'll pay you something. I'll be posting a list of all EDGE enabled SE phones shortly.
Secondly, esato is working with my Vmobile line, I'm making this post with it.
Lastly, mobile yahoo isn't restricted to US carriers only, I use a wap version on my glo line, (coola too) and it works ok. I also have a java application called bluepulse that features a free yahoo/msn/icq messenger on my mtn line.

You know me better than that. I am never sentimental. He asked a question, and I gave an answer based on facts

I'll be waiting for the list. Like I said, SE has very few. I might as well help you: apart from the W810 (which is yet to be released), S710, and W600, no other new SE phone I know of runs EDGE (That's 3 out of a portfolio of 51). But of course, I may be wrong there. Meanwhile, a huge chunk of GPRS-enabled Nokia phones run EDGE as well. I have no interests in Nokia. Just stating facts.

I said
Yahoo! Mobile. Probably you are talking about something else, but
Yahoo! Mobile is carrier-based. Here is the link:

Aya it was from that same link that I was redirected to the wap version which I currently use, and it's called "Yahoo! mobile messenger" Only difference from other messenger apps is that I did not have to download any application to use it. It runs directly from the yahoo wap site. But like I've said before, for some strange reason, only my Glo SIM seems to work with it.

@amby: I see. STupid people at Yahoo! When I saw the carrier drop-down menu and saw only US carriers, I simply browsed elsewhere. Why make all that noise about US-carriers when they know there is really no restriction? Or is there? Their cup of tea.
Incidentally, I never got the WAP messenger thing to work here, even with Glo.

@Mikky: Really? with MTN? I always get the message "error 404 page not found" with both MTN and Vmobile gprs. Weird.

That should be Vmobile's fault. Their service is primarily WAP, so you need to tweak with the settings some to get any 3rd part apps to work on their WAP service.
