it would help the developers, who do read this thread, if you gave more information such as the error code etc

Well, I don't really know when it crashes. I have "clean up when idle" activated, guess it has something to do with it.
I've tried to set memory reclaim level to 1, but it's just the same.
Latest version of FW and SMan. Also reinstalled SMan but no effect.

SMan? Doesn't that perhaps interfere with SMP when run at the same time?

My SwissMan crashes
How do you notice it crashed? Do you see an error message? If yes then what exactly does it say?
I don't really know when it crashes
Please let us know if you find out what it depends on. We can generally correct reproducible problems.

I haven't seen any error messages. Maybe a small one like "Error", just like "Opening messaging".

A few times it has "closed" when I lanches programs when the the ram is low.

@Lisa
I can't seem to invoke any 3rd party apps that are FC compatible using SMP with FC. One easily reproduceable example would be Opera Mini (latest version). Once it is in the background after running it in FC, I can't seem to invoke it from the list of running apps in SMP. The work around though is by invoking Opera Mini using task manager which is listed under the SMP 'more' drop menu. Is this a bug?

hi - just installed Gdesk and noticed that swissman was nolonger clearing old apps - so dloaded sm 1.6 (with new time clearup) - still doesnt clear apps - is it because Gdesk is always running instead of the standby screen?
