SE Store tells the last month of the quarter that SE indicates the release, for example P1 is meant to be released in Q3 and they said September, but Q3 is all the way from July to september, now for all Q4 meant-to-be-released phones they say December, but if we follows the time between P1 & W960 announecements, wich was about 1 month, then we may have W960 in september or october at max...
it's just spect. don't take my words that much...

well it could be that sony ericsson made a mistake, again! When they first announced the w960i on their site it had it missing a few key features (like sms, mms) that was latter revealed to be an error on the part of sony ericsson. Althought i hope that its not a mistake an it has been released early. A sweep on ebay an the net has the phone as unavailable but that could change tomorrow.
