use the latest version 2.99.9 is gives sharper pics than the older versions.

Thanks!!! I tried it again and i've waited for and hour yet the driver wasn't installed on my cp...i am using setool2 1.10...pls help T_T...thanks

it sounds like you have no usb flash driver installed, in the setool2 lite folder is a folder called drivers then inside it a folder called USBFlash_driver then inside that one a file called ggsemc.inf right click it and press install.
