Whizz, with that 6800 photo I feel embarrased saying I use a Nokia to those that dont know about s60 and think of that phone and anything ages older than that.
6800 is an old phone period.

Did you do a hard reset/format when the battery was low? If so then you may be fcukd or fudged. Possibly draining the battey completely then remove & retry draining then fully charge, then drain by playing a game until its dead (power on once more) to make sure.
I dont have more than one folder in my messaging folder for sms/mms. By strick memory of the old Ericsson T39m (still my all time favorite), I came into the habit of saving the upmost sms' and deleting the rest when close to 20 or more. Tip: clear out all you dont need, delete all sent sms/mms you dont need, and consolidate messaging folders to lower than 3. Better yet save msg's when incoming to automatically memory card.
Going down to lower firmware I think is impossible, not sure. If thats true, then if under hardware warranty then send it into Nokia, hope they help - do not say anything about firmware - if your lucky you may get it fixed, if its your day to get laid, you'll get the 6630 music edition back,

. Once you've run the Stinger AntiVirus app you need to reboot, then remove the 15k file in the Tools>Manager.
