dlreyes: does that mean i should keep it plugged in as often as possible? say when I am home plug agad despite of charge? I ask kasi i alsi have a Palm Tungsten T and I am also curious re: its charging rules:)

may mga matinding allegations doon sa ibang thread, sagutin mo naman. di raw ma-replace yung t68 niya. and i know marami pang iba na na-disappoint sa after-market service. well, as you may still remember, nag-karoon din tayo ng problem for a while sa R600 ng officemate ko, di ba? but i know it has been solved, and the replacement unit works perfectly now. mas maganda pa nga ang color ngayon. so i hope you guys there in the CyberZone branch can work on this right away and save the semicon image. dapat yata pag-usapan yan sa taas. di pwede sabihin na 'wala lang yan, its just a few glitch in our business'.
...or else matatalo ang concept of buying warrantied units, against the cheaper gray-area units in greenhills.

upgraded na T610. Kasi nagpunta ako sa semicon podium para mag-pag-upgrade tapos parang wlang namang nagbago eh... R1A yung nakikita kong version ng software ko.

I bought a t68i in greehills and i was ripped, i think i bought a fake one. It says R5D007 on the software but when i bought it to SE Center SM West they said they cant update its software. The case is now a mess and its just 2 weeks old, all the blue metallic stuff is now gone, the yes and no keys have lost its mettalic finish. The volume control is blakc not white. WHen i wanted to chenge the face plate SE SM West said my faceplate has dimples protruding at the bottom of * and # buttons, meaning the screws are too long and they cant replace it too. Any one who is willing to help. Im planning to get the shitty prts replaced and the software updated but i cant find a place or shop that can help me.
Please?????
