Guess what happened to me the other day. I was well fed up. I was in the German Christmas Markets in Birmingham & part of it is a small ish fun fair. I walked past & seen this game where you throw the rings around prizes to win them. Easy I thought as I have done it before. The prizes were things like win an iphone,ipad & ipod aswell as others. I got 2 rings around the the 64 gig ipod I could see it in the box. Yeah,I am not a huge Apple fan but something for nothing. Anyway,I jumped up shouting YES YES
I won the ipod. The guy turned around & said "no mate sorry,you may have got the rings around the prizes but the rings have to fall flat
I was fuming as it never stated that anywhere in the terms & conditions

All it said on the stall was no leaning forward when throwing the rings. I did as he was not looking cos he was serving someone else
but then he turned around & said it has to fall flat.
