@CrownedAkuma I'll post a review once I've had mine for a short while.

Will the Sony Smart Band be available on Amazon UK? What's the RRP?
Do other brands have the same issue with updates for unlocked devices!? Will it be the same for 4.4.3?
I haven't had any issues with 4.3 after the last update.

glad to hear
I haven't used my phone for a hole 8 days now, as it is in the sony repair center, but I have used kitkat for two days, and I like it, it is good, only downside are the white notification bars for me.

people should understand that its not a small update, that moves the system from 4.3 to 4.3, It's a new OS update, you should always do a clean installation when moving to a new OS version.

I've just read on the Sony support forum that at least one of the problems that people have been facing with the kitkat update will be fixed in the next firmware update, so Sony are planning an update for the Z1 so it may well be that UK sim free handsets will have to wait for this update.

They already list the extra wristbands for the Smartband so suspect they will be stocking the Smartband itself. I think the RRP is £79.

I just got off the phone with sony, they have send me back the phone, it should arrive tommorow.
They are SUPERFAST! they have got the phone yesterday and fixed and send it TODAY.

baisiclly I had a problem with the screen, and last week I sent it on Monday, got back on Friday, they have changed the screen, and backcover of the phone. but then I saw that the flaps of the MICROUSB and the SIM card wont close correctly, so I send It back immediately to them, called them, and they have received it on Monday, they have changed the entire aluminum frame, and now I'm waiting for it to arrive. hope this time it will be perfect!

so if you have a problem with your phone, use the SONY TOP CARE service! it costs about 10 euros, but worth every penny, when you send it normally, it will take between 14-30 days to be fixed, with the top care it will take max 2-5 days.

@Moogoo I'm not that bothered to be honest plus I got a free 12 month premium subscription to music unlimited which only started in March but I can see why others will be annoyed by thinking Sony Sony have forgotten the 2013 users but thats marketing I'm afraid.
