Is there UNBRANDED central-european 031 firmware on DaVinci? Which one is it?

Has anyone just straight up flashed the 031 software from davinci?
I am looking to unbrand my America Rogers Phoen but wanted to make sure I use the right UNBRANDED flash as i am rather new to flashing.
Any suggestions? I have read through this thread but have not seen an actual firmware listed. Am I to assume that CUSTOMIZED means it is unbranded?

Hi. Just stumbled on a little feature which I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else.
Switch your K850i off. Wait a few seconds then switch in on again. Wait for the SE logo and start-up sound. As soon as you hear the sound press the volume keys and hey presto you can set the volume of the start-up sound.

The software that is branded it has the brand name on it.I don't remember now if customized means unbranded but i remember that when its branded it says so.

@Plangatan if you look at that photo in its native resolution, unless its the compression, I see a lot of pixels, its not sharp at all. SE has a long way to go.
@kavy a few people have including my self. I have the Indonisian, haven't had a problem or a restart yet.
