HERE'S THE ADDRESS: #18 PRESIDENT GARCIA STREET, MONSOD (MONTEVILLA) SUBDIVISION, PARANAQUE CITY (inside Sun Valley Subdivision)
DIRECTIONS:
1. From Magallanes, take the south super hi way. make an exit at bicutan toll.
2. Make a right towards SM Bicutan upon paying the toll fee of P20.00
3. Make a right turn right after the SM Bicutan Building before reaching the skyway southbound exit ramp.
4. pick the middle lane and it will lead you to the service road, make a left on the said service road.
5. On your left, you will see toyota, marimar village, and the old main toyota plant.
6. After the toyota plant, make a left on sun valley subdivision. you will see tricycle station on your right.
(YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO RENT A TRICYCLE TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH OUR SUBDIVISION OR CAN JUST FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. JUST MENTION OUR ADDRESS (MONSOD SUBDIVISION )TO THE DRIVER AND AUSTRIA'S RESIDENCE AND THEY WILL BRING YOU TO THE PARTY)
7. Go straight, before hitting the end of the road, make a right.
8. After that, make a left and follow the winding road. you will pass by factories on both sides.
9. after having a tour on the factories, there will be an intersection, go to the the middle then make a left.
10. after making a left turn, just go straight then turn left upon reaching the end and that is president garcia street.
11. voila, welcome to monsod (montevilla) subdivision.
Okay, looks complicated. if you think you will have a hard time following my directions, just send me an sms or call me and i will have someone to pick you up in SM Bicutan.
