I will buy the last one in a heart beat if it resembles the leaked XZ3.

To be honest I would be surprised if it was called XZ3, as it would be a break from tradition and makes the XZ2 instantly feel more out-of-date based on the name alone. So not sure where that name rumour started/why it caught on. XZ2s Or XZ2 Pro would make more sense. The only thing that adds weight to it being XZ3 is that it seems like a fairly significant redesign.
Regarding IMX 586, probably won't be exclusive to a single OEM. I can see LG using it for the V40 since they already implemented pixel binning on the G7, but with 12mpx so was not so good, so they would benefit from this a lot. Then again LG seem to have a habit of using old sensors

The source is very credible but the rumor is from late 2017 so it possible lots of changes happend in between. I still think one phone will come with IMX400 F1.8 single cam.
