Thanks for the CFW link. Ill have a good look round and see if its worth doing.
The new homescreen contact widgets are good but I find them a tad large so prefer the older style. I actually got all current updates through including the 3G update as soon as I had flashed with the UK firmware, There was nothing coming through on the Malaysian firmware, i flashed it with Nokia Care Suite, it was the same process as flashing my Lumia 920

A WP version is something I want so badly right now. Ive just been to a concert tonight and took both my N8 and SGS3, neither of them cut the mustard in the dark conditions sat half way back in the auditorium.
41mp would have been handy to have in full resolution to crop into the fine detail rather than having to use digital zoom.

What concert was it?? I took the last N8 i had to Katherine Jenkins concert and the sound was great but image in the dark on video was hit and miss. I forgot to put it on spot metering and all you could see of Katherine was a bright spot light. I did recently see the 808 for £289 but forgot where

Thanks for the wallpaper lemmy31... love it
Do you happened to have those in any other colors ? I think it would be cool to have a different color on each homescreen.. I looked online, but couldn't find any

The 808 is the ultimate concert recording device.. that is one of the main reason I like it so much. I go to a lot of concerts, house music parties, etc. and it comes really handy.. and no, I am not one of those who watch the whole show trough the screen of their iPad..

It was Leona Lewis in Sheffield. I took my girlfriend as a birthday treat.
Im just not prepared to fork out money for a phone that's been out above a year and has pretty much an obsolete OS now (sadly). For me to get one in the UK i'll either have to buy a second hand unit (not an option) or pay for an expensive imported device which isn't running UK firmware.
Plus I think a 808 style camera would be brilliant on such a fast OS as WP with a HD screen rather than nHD.

Leona Lewis,oh you poor thing. Am terribly sorry you had to endure such torture
Her voice is like a whining sound it depresses me. I might be going to see Muse soon

I actually don't mind her music, or her voice, but some of her songs are a little repetitious.
This is a good 808 read:

Nokia seem to be innovating on camera tech that you rarely even see on dedicated digital cameras.

I wouldn't buy a compact camera again. Theres no point now, unless you really need optical zoom.
