I don't use the sign in feature maybe try clearing the app cache see if that helps

It was already empty. Nor sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm definitely signed in on the app on the phone and I've installed the extension on the browser.
Does it even work anymore, on any device?

OK I've just signed in via my Chrome browser and it's working fine. So not sure what's causing yours to not sync that's left me stumped

I use chrome to phone on my Z3C ... works well,only I do not get notification sound even that it is on.

One complaint I do have with this handset. Compared to other handsets I've used especially Nokia it just doesn't pick 4G well at all. In my house and around where I live I get 3 to 4 bars of 4G on other handsets but only 1 bar of 4G on the Sony 😢 sometimes never picks it up at all. 3G is fine

That's really bad news for me. I got a Z1 unlocked that I barely get 1 bar of LTE in the house (usually it keeps dropping to HSPA+ even with an LTE booster in the house) and I was hoping the antenna inside Z3 compact would be better. I guess I will wait a little longer to see what else comes our way (in US) comes CES. My wife's LG G2 has no problems maintaining LTE signal in the same house.
