see that second picture? the one with the kids playing in the snow, that exact spot is less than a mile from where i live, it was so localised that the snow only came down on the street in the picture the main road through hedon (which runs parallel to that street, about 100 ft away).
now tell me you've ever seen madness like that anywhere else in the country!!
man it snow's all the time here in manchester in the summer! A Manc wouldn't even put his coat on for weather like that!
