I havent really noticed much difference in battery life since doing a repair install of Kitkat. Today I had 70% battery left after being off the charger for 11 hours. I have made a few short phone calls, replied to a few emails, spent about 45 minutes on internet and 20 minutes playing games. I didn't think it was too bad.

just wanted to note that i also did a clean install (i.e., repair install) of kitkat.

of course, that day my battery died though, i was using it a lot and i was outside so auto brightness probably had the screen at 100% a lot of the time. that could be a big reason why. and even though stamina mode was on, it was rare that I had my screen off for more than 5-10 minutes at a time.

maybe it's not as bad as it seems.. i'm just not used to my battery dying on me before the day is done. ha.

Well my one is beginning to get real flakey now, the battery is going all over the place, it dropped 10% in an hour this morning while the phone was in my pocket doing nothing then this afternoon it stayed constantly awake draining the battery while I was at work with it sitting in my pocket again doing nothing

So tonight I thought I'd do a repair install via PCC and stuff me when I plugged it into my laptop and started there process PCC said that there was no software for my device and to try again later so I though oh well I'll use SUS but when I plugged into that my Z1 model C6903 was not even listed so I couldn't even use that to repair my phone it looks like Sony may have pulled the firmware.

These people who make the software I often wonder if they actually test it They have alot to answer for. It takes up aot of time and stress

Well I've done a clean install and let Google do its thing of restoring most of my stuff but there's still a bug with the UK sim free 757 firmware, whenever I restart my phone the mobile network data connection defaults back to 4G preferred rather than the 3g connection I want to use

Guys, it seems that the camera software has been improved.

I'll keep testing and let you know.
