Well, the box says T68i lang but the phone has a chinese keypad and only 2 menus chinese & english

Yes this is true... Semicon doesn't want to admit that they sell T68ies... but as long as they give it warranty... that's fine, for the price they're selling it at.

my officemates' T39m was also fixed sa UNITECH greenhills, problem was fluctuating signal and sometimes NO NETWORK, but semicon main said that it's main board problem!
and it CANNOT be fixed!
but UNITECH did!!!!
and it took them only 1hour and 43minutes.

i purchased a t610 (giving it as a gift) awhile ago in globetel (i think). as far as i can remember, all hardwares higher than wk20 is okay. but to my surprise, i ended up with a screen flickering when the digital camera is on. i tried upgrading it in smartnet, but unfortunately, it did not help.
i went back to globetel and luckily they give me a full refund. I went to semicon in rockwell and bought the unit, but i also ended up with the same hardware with the same problem. is there anyway you guys can replace my unit?
