as he is so strong for what he went through. So you're looking for a proper camera?? Depending on what you can afford I recommend the Sony HXv9 absolutely wonderful camera with the best Full HD video you'll ever see in AVCHD format. Really incredible quality. And 16 meg images too. I got myself new laptop from the brilliant Lenovo. Has a huge 6 gig of ram too

My Acer pc had it's day it was becoming unreliable

i got interested cos most of my family have started running, my brother in law is running the half marathon next month so I thought Ive gotta get involved, got an app called cardiotrainer that lets me set distance goals and tracks me via gps
Gonna get some sleep now though, getting up at 9 for another run, hope you are well tranced

Fair enough. At least is something healthy. There are plenty of apps out there. I have purchased Endomondo and Runkeeper. Not used them quite well though.

Matt running?? Are you sweating out all that alcohol?? Don't run too much on pavements apparently running on pavements can have long term affects on knees and ankles. I started running when I was 18 and got to the other side of the road at 40
