Vax is right, just click those pics Plangton posted and see them in the native resolution. Like I said before, the pixelation and sharpness is not that impressive for a supposed top of the line camera phone. I would rather decrease the mega pixels and have a better photo than what SE seems to be doing. Hopefully they can improve it with future FWs.

When I saw KG902 for the first time I told myself "Don't buy it. Soon SE will release same 5mp- camera equipped phone with faster image processing and familiar interface, and you will regret".
Eventually SE flagship came on market at the end of 2007 and it didn't meet my expectations.
Thats why i'm disappointed.
And as we can see no other notable Cybershot announced for 2008.
Resume: SE gave up on cameraphone competition and diversifying marketing on WM-UIQ support and damp proof 3mp phones. So I'm rather pessimistic about further significant FW camera improvments on k850.

plag is right..well the point in making 5MPX camera is obvious..when u resize the picture for example to 50% of origina, its nicer than picture from 3.2MPX camera resized to the same size

well i am no expert but..you guys are crying bout battery life but on the other hand showing your impression about vibrating function on touch keys...

did u even think about the fact, how much could cost this vibrating your battery life? i guess it could be pretty much..

I know that the vibration drains the battery out, but the battery life is still worse even if i dont use "vibration toch" keys option.
It must be improved as it was on R1CA037.

Can anyone else confirm that their K850i still suffers the Flash and shutter being out of sync bug, resulting in dark photos. Successfully put R1EA031 firmware on my phone expected it to be all sorted but alas the issue still persisits (looking at Firmware history it should have been sorted on in R1CA037 release).

when taking a picture and using auto focus if you let the square in the middle go green before taking the picture will come out fine and the flash will be in sync, however if u don't wait for the autofocus to kick in this is when the camera will be out of sync with the flash and results in bad pics. To focus only half press the take button just in case you dint have any idea what i was taking about

Hope this helps
