I guess it will be Z4 tablet... and AFAIK there will no Ultra... none of the insiders ( or peoples who know ) mentioned anything about it, and some said that there's no upcoming Ultra in the timeline.
this is AFAIK, maybe some knows/remember things I've missed.

Looks like Compact will get a successor once a year. So next would be a Z5 Compact (IFA 2015)

Compact and Tablets has a 1 year cycle, only the flagship has half-year cycle...
So you have Z3 compact now, and in next year second half you will have Z5, Z5 Compact ( and maybe Z5 tablet compact also )

Z4 Compact? What could they possible do to justify a Z4 Compact. It would be too soon. I think there will be a Z4, Z4 Tablet and most likely a Z4 Ultra, although I doubt the Ultra.
