That was because Yari is some nasty word in the fillipines. I still don't get why they do it, though. Just figure a name that isn't bad in any language or stick to numbers. Now they pay extra for some stupid version of the same phone

Looking at those images from the Esato photos section, my god it is ugly. And there are a few dead giveaways:
1. It has Walkman and Cyber-shot branding.
2. It is severely ugly and doesn't match SE's design philosophy.
3. It is extremely fat and some parts are just odd.
It all screams Chinese fake to me. While Jalou may be a legitimate phone name from Sony Ericsson, the pictures that appeared at the same time are definitely a fake. I don't think they are photoshopped though.

I hope we can see one more Android and WM 6.5 phone catering mid-end markets. with UI identical to rachael. with 3mp camera, and QVGA screen. that would be a best seller!
