Dont buy the memory sticks then.. theres enough memory on the phone! when its full whack it all onto your computer. sorted

the internal memory is way too less...if someone is gonna listen to mp3's i certianly dont think 70 mb would b enough...last time i went on vacation and i had k750 wid me and at the end i had to start deletin photos and thinkin twice before every photo cuz i was runnin out of memory ..so if someone's a heavy user i dont think they can live wid 70 mb

To be honest, you have of answered your own question really - "if someone is going to listen to mp3s". I think that's the crux. If you want to use it as an mp3 player you have the opportunity to purchase a memory card. Functioning as a camera phone it really doesn't come with much less memory than most of the digital cameras do on board these days.

My Sony T9 digi camera came with an embarrassing amount of memory and I had to purchase a card but by Sony not including a token gesture card it meant I could get one that served my needs exactly. Also, Sony need to say they have sold X number of M2 in order to prove a point to industry.

64mb will save you about 80 high res pictures, twice more than a throw away camera. And there is the option to blogger or email them to say, gmail for storage.

I think it is horses for courses really.

If you buy a 512MB card with the phone on a new contract then the memory card is £24. Cheaper then most Ebay prices.

Presumably the bubble packs aren't heat sealed? If they are make sure you get a new one with the same barcode otherwise knowing how to get around it won't help you when they come to scan it back in at the till.

Got my K800 friday. All i can say is that it blows me away. Coming from the K750 the difference is huge. The design and feel of the phone can not be experienced on picture. This is the by far best quality product SonyEricsson have ever produced. Everything about the phone is simply great. Menu speed, screen quality, ergonimics etc. The set up of the phone is outstanding. You get a question if you want to download configurations for GPRS & MMS while you set the time & date. Answer YES and the phone starts doing this in the background while you continue with time, date etc., 1 miunte later everything is ready to go. Surfing the web with HTML-browser is really functional, the SMART-FIT makes almost all pages readable. All in all a fantastic phone, the best i ever had!!

you'll need an A2DP compatible headset but otherwise the pairing and using process is just like any other headset, at least I've just paired in the normal way, checked that audio streaming is an available service and then started playing music
