I have the very creaky back and mine sounds like there is something loose rattling around inside when you gently shake it even though its never been dropped.
I had this so I opened mine up today. Found that there are two capacitors for the flash, which are not fixed down. I put a bit of masking tape in there, folded it up to pad it out a bit and no more rattle.

I have a problem since yesterday. In the Multimedia menu dont appear neither the images nor the music nor the videos, in all it me puts 0.
I have tried to restart the mobile, extracting the battery and the M2 but it is still equal.
What can I do?

@martuk: So if I wan't to eliminate rattling it I need to open it up?
Oh why did they made it bad like this...
Can someone post a photo how it looks like inside?
@Thornbringer, I am not sure what you mean by that because it is first time I am using SE phone, but status screen is there, just push volume key up or down in the standby mode. Edit: I see the answer above, sorry for rushing.
Personally, I like the K850 screen more than Nokias, especially one on the N95. I listen music everyday for two hrs when driving and N95 battery lasted ONLY 12hrs. I always had one spare w me. So switching off the screen would mean something, I guess.
@jantxa: Have you tried to format the card?

There is a bit of moulding on the rear cover which is supposed to keep it tight but in my case does not. Here is a pic. Ignore the red circles, the bit you need to worry about is the black parts below the camera with the yellow label on.

question..compared to LG viewty, k850's camera is better, worse, or on par. What is your opinion to choose between them? Please don't be subjective.

Your phone is on 'divert always' for video calls.
Go to menu>settings>calls>divert calls>video calls>divert always and choose 'deactivate'
This will then allow video calls and also remove the icon you refer to.
Cheers

I am running an unbranded k850i with the R1CA037 firmware.
Having just read through all 38 pages (o_0) I have this icon too, however if I go to the menu options detailed above, there are no options available.
Also, I have set the phone to be GSM only as I have no need of 3G, however the G icon remains over the signal strength indicator. Is this OK or does it mean it is still looking for a 3G signal?
This post seems to be fairly comprehensive in replies, so thanks in advance

@CEEBEEUK
It might not necessarily be the video calls that are set to divert and if it is it might be linked to the fact that you've disabled the 3G (video calls can only be received in 3G coverage areas).
As for the G icon in the very top corner above the signal bars, this is to indicate that you are on a 2G network. The icon is supposed to represent a 'G' behind another 'G', hence 2G. You need 2G to make voice calls.

Thanks, a G icon meant 3G to me! As the manual doesn't have a screen break down, that helps!
What's the 3G icon then?
Oh, and the divert calls menu options are empty for voice and video !?
