I am actually used to the power button on my desire, so for me this shouldnt be an issue.. Although pressing the home key on the arc was more convenient for unlock.
I had a Desire and I never found it an issue as I could reach the power button with one hand, though with the Xperia S being slightly bigger it may prove to be more difficult.

Big thanks to Rog for all the photos.
Don't mean to sound negative, but the samples from what I presume is the production model don't look any better from the Arcs, the only improvement I can see is they seem to have put less saturation on the colours.
Obviously Sony are still sticking to their standard post processing software as found on the Arc.

Are there no reviews yet? A bit surprising since there's only a few weeks left.

2 to 3 weeks infact. I think we will start to see reviews filter through on GSM Arena, Tracy & Matt etc as soon as this week.

Software is still in polishing stage as far as I know, but overall performance is reasonably well by now....
They could push it to incredible level of performance, probably ~_~
Every single last drop from MSM8260 unlike earlier devices that floating around in the market.

Crops look bad at iso-100. That's sad and a very bad sign
