Hi all!
I am new on this forum and would like to say hello to u all!
got some doubts..
should i flash my K850 directly with R1EA031 or should i flash with 037/038 and then upgrade trough SEUS to 031
Or should i flash with 037 and stay on it till next FW?
judging from the feedback in this forum, it is not advisable to update to R1EA031 - although mine works well with the latest firmware...

I have a branded, but yet unlocked O2 phone. I've heard that for branded phones firmwares come out 2 months after official release, or something like that, does any one know when the 038 firmware will come for O2, as I'm not too keen on using flashers

SIC 1.1 is/was free (just outdated and removed from support site

Still available here though:

I believe it will replace your original EXIF on output image with SIC's tags and marks and also renames files with sony's "DSC000x.jpg".
The unconverted files keep the original data in EXIF anyway.
The goal is to make tags compatible with phone Media.Am I right?
I couldnt find any good freeware for batch exif editing w/o image processing.ExifTools and ShowExif software no good for me:(

SIC 1.1 is brilliant! I was able to convert about 90% of my pics, and then I could tag them

The other 10% though, I don't know why SIC wouldn't convert them, some of them were exactly the same as pics who WERE converted (in means of EXIF and resolution and such, only thing that was different was the actual picture itself), so I can't see why it wouldn't convert... Must be an unknown factor I don't know.
I am still a little pissed at SE for making me go trough this converting where I before just dragged and dropped with Bluetooth, but your tip saved me from further annoyance.

We are anticipating a new firmware to fix the so called blue ring of death bug... fingers crossed that your phone will not get to that stage. try formatting your M2 card and master resetting your phone ...

Well, like you I was waiting for this....but after all the problems I'm not at all sure whether to go ahead or not!
Sounds very flaky firmware to me going by all the comments on here?

yep sorry, R1EA031 - i quickly bashed out that post before rushing to a meeting.
Curiosity has gotten the better of me and i've updated one of mine.
The first thing I noticed was that i now get that annoying SIM message "How Are You?" again a now.... I've not had that message on a SE phone since owning a T610.... Why did they bring that back...damn its annoying.
Otherwise phone seems much quicker.
I just hope it doesn't start to reboot.

Good on you!
Any noticeable improvements that you have discovered, if any?
The reported reboots are what is making me hesitate....
'038 isn't too bad, but could be a lot better, but at least it is stable for me.
