It should not really take two or three months to get a phone working that should be done before release. It was actually delayed by a month I remember.
So is it the ear piece or software? Pressing 'C' brings sound back so perhaps the software doesn't like the current earpiece?

im not meaning to sound rude, but why can you not just say what is if you know, instead of spending 4 pages keeping people guessing, i know me and many others that are sick of this phones poor build quality now, and are trying to weigh up whether it's really worth spending another £300+ on and looking for any information possible to try and help them make this decision
