not sure about network but supposedly Japanese phones don't have SIM cards. They are "internal" to the network. If you had one in Europe it most likely won't work which would explain why say Japanese students can't use them here (Europe) so Ive heard.

After the number of P1 spotted in the wild before the announcement, it only makes sense that SE will try to keep their cards closer to their chest this time around.

this is XML file with other format, almost all XML files can be opened to read in RAW in Notepad, you can just drag and drop the file into notepad and it will be opened...
