i got the r4db005, is that the latest? i just plugged my w810 then the update service said "no available update"

hi guys, i just want to share my experience with this phone. i really like it, but after 4 days i bought it (had r4db005) i pressed the walkman button and then the phone reboot itself. after that the screen turned on and off all white,took the batery off, and then turned it on again but the letters didn`t appear, i pressed the left soft key to enter in phone mode, then it looked like it had a software problem, it just showed the signal bar and the part that should be on the bottom of the screen(calls, menu) appear in the upper part. i pressed the menu key and it seems to enter it but no icons where showed, the i press # and it entered the adjustment menu normally, really rare.. i turn it off, removed the batery put it again, and it was the same. did a master resset and it continued the same.. you have to see it to understand. so i took it to the place qhere i bought it. they had my phone for about a week and said that it was a display problem. so i took it to another repair center. they flashed it and it worked. now i have r4ea031. so far no big problems. -fingers crossed- the only problem i have so far was that i was using opera mini, then i minimized it, try to make a call and it rebooted.
this is my first se phone, i like it but i hope i wont have that kind of problems again. i just wanted to share this with you.

i just bought my w810i last week and my FW is R4EA031 ... i tried to save some of my contacts from phone to sim and it won't work. i have to do it manually. do anybody here experience this bug?
