does anyone have any leaks as to what changes ICS will bring?
It's mostly the interface that's going to be optimised. You can browse the new guidelines here if you want to:
http://developer.android.com/design/index.html
I also think it adds support for multiple cores.

Apparently what I know from Galaxy Nexus and I suppose it will be for all ICS devices:
1. Google search hard coded to the homescreen
2. Under the Menu button there is task manager, and all the Menus of apps are on top right spot (three dots) which
you have to press to evoke it
3. Better Widgets management.
I don't like some of these changes...

Don't want to be a party killer but don't you think this is retail firmware? If they are supposed to get this phone out on the market the first week of march they must be producing them right now.
With that said off course we will see improvements over time but at launch, this is what we will get!

ICS brings hardware acceleration, support for multiple cores in phones, better optimized, and has better power management. I remember reading somewhere that many features were not ready for the ics, so they will be ready for the next version(jelly bean)

I am not so interested in dual boot, i honestly getting ipad2 was a big mistake, i cant even sell it because no one wants it(at a fair price)! So I will avoid tablets for now..But i hope they keep battery life as their main focus for jelly bean!
Also regarding the headset, It looks pretty cheap! I really hope they include better ones..
