Updated OTA very quickly and effectively.
Batt life seems normal, phone behaves like normal.

Just wondering if we'll have again themes which will skin all the system apps.
I have no idea why Sony ditched those nice looking themes with grey or black top bars.
I have a theme which doesn't affect the dialer/contacts apps.
Those colours make me crazy.

And the blue for messaging - man, that's the worse.

i agree. some more free neutral color themes would be nice. the bright colors can be annoying but that is standard google material design.

i am kind of annoyed the update took away the mute button from the active call when viewing from the notification pane. it was a nice way to quickly mute if i needed to, without having to pull up the entire active call screen.

on a positive note, everything seems to be working smoothly and battery life is good. they also seemed to fix the contact photo display in an active call. i was never able to get it to display a contact photo entirely on the screen even if i properly assigned a contact photo. now it does, so that's nice.

sad that even with split screen i am unable to view album art in spotify. the 5.2" screen isn't big enough :'(

Still Sony is closest to the stock Android.
Which is very nice in general,
And so much better than Samsung for instance.
It definitely grows on me.

anybody notice where you can find the settings to modify a call quality? like to reduce background noise or HD voice, things like that? i can't seem to find it.

No I haven't seen anything like this so far.
I actually never use these things anyway.

camera tests where a human is involved under uncontrolled situations are never truthful. there are too many variables.

i personally love the results i get from my xz and would be happy to put it up against any other smartphone camera out there!

Auto. Cra..p test.

It's enough to see some real life comparisons like Juned Kaka, or some others
showing XZ performing impressively.
Look at Btekt where Pixel cannot keep up with the fast focus of XZ.

These reviews are shallow and without any knowledge, typical YouTube sh..t.
