to all filipino forumers:

i'd like to thank you all for your company, through good (like the EB) and bad (like dealing with Semicon, Smartnet and now SonyEricsson). it was and still is fun.

but today, i've lost interest in SonyEricsson Philippines, the company. maybe I am expecting too much, but i'll bet my pwet, they did not deliver. i like their phones, despite the little and big problems that we all are experiencing or have experienced. personally, the best phone still. However,

TECHNOLOGY IS ONE THING, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ONLY THING.

after my dilemma with their customer service (oh by the way, they told me indirectly that SonyEricsson Philippines DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE) i have lost my appetite to patronize the company. Will I still buy SonyEricsson products? Maybe, if they are still technically superior. Will I deal with SonyEricsson Philippines again? NEVER!

@Handsome Puppy, i hereby tender my irrevocable resignation as the VP for the SonyEricsson Philippine Users Club.

@arnoldc
i really hope that would still re-consider your decision.

you've already acknowledged that their CS (or the lack of it) is the problem, and has nothing to do with the phone. your inputs (technical and others) are very valuable to the group, and maybe we should consider this as an opportunity for the group to do something constructive.

if you, whom i wouldn't consider an "ordinary" client, receives that kinds of "support", how much worse would the others get? how can we let SE Ph learn from what happened in your case?

as a group, i think this is a challenge that we could take up.

right GOwin.

if it took arnoldc that much hassle to get a replacement... will it mean i'll get mine next year pa???

Hmm, siguro loob-loob nila ndi naman tayo important part ng market nila... siguro they're implementing the attitude na marami naman iba dyan na gumagamit pa ng sonyericsson eh...

Hmm. yun sa EB 2 show lang siguro...

sheesh.
kasi ako, noon pa ko bwisit eh... you guys must've seen my post na before...

Wala akong kaalam alam dyan.. heehee..

but even after a year of being an elected officer in my school's Student Council... quitting is really never an option. Receive bad things as challenges Kaya tama sabi ni GOWin.. malay mo kung ano pa magagawa ninyo

As we say in our SC.. Total Student Empowerment..
...and in my political party (blue and yellow), Service w/o Reward
