My S700i is CDA102310/25 (Unbranded) and I was able to upgrade to R3M0008 today through SEUS.

Gonna charge up my S700 and check SEUS again today. Mines unbranded/sim free, bought in the UK and I've been getting R3K each time I try to upgrade.

My hong kong unbranded/unlocked got R3M from seus.
Noticed animated pic don't animate
in picture thumbs of the file manager
unless the selection is right on the picture.
(example the sony ericsson logo)

Have previously updated my S700 from it origional firmware to R3K via SEUS with no problems.
Why is it telling me that I have the current firmware if R3M is the latest one ????

Dude, I have a deal for you. I have a 3 week old s700i that I want to sell. I have a v800 now and my wife is screaming that I do not need 5 phones. The CDA part of mine was changed when I used SEUS to upgrade to R3K
@sapporobaby. I bought my S700i direct from
as well. Straight from ther site last September. I've got a K750i and Z800i on their way on the UK day of release so I'm not that bothered.

S700i is my second phone ever (I'm 24) but tbh I can see how one could get addicted. Modern phones are so much more than phones and the technology moves so fast that even if you upgrade every few weeks you still won't be cutting edge...
I'll be trying to get my hands on the R3M firmware once I get a USB cable off ebay.
