Who says its a big problem ? if not being able to fast forward or rewind was a problem, it would be due to having the option, but not being able to use it. Its not a problem because we dont have the option in the K700.
We cant confirm whether the K750 will or will not have those options, but from pictures of the media player it would appear not (correct me if i missed evidence of the possibility).
The W800 should have those options though, it would be silly of SE not to include them in a Walkman branded phone.

At mobile-review Rog confirmed that forward and backward rewind of movies/clips was present in his K750. But it was a bit buggy at the time he used it (will probably be fixed to the final release).
So there are a good chance it will be there unless they decide to remove it at a later stage (Eldar at mobile-review said it was not present in his K750).

No, the K750 does not have stereo speakers.
I think you're expecting far too much from the phone, its impossible for SE to create a perfect phone.
