Joshua,

What firmware do you currently have? I don't have EU4, but if you found a way to save the SE files on your computer please post how. I'm sure someone with EU4 will be able to send you the file if they know how to do it.

Ah Ha!

This was the first time I had plugged in the USB cable on this computer, even though I had installed the CD. So I let it download all of the other files and then was able to do the new one. Great, now to see if I can upgrade the firmware!

I am on orange, tried the update but got the message that it is being blocked by my provider. Spoke to Orange at length and they tellmemthat they do not have any information that they are blocking this pdate. Secondly if the way around it is a battery removal reinsert then the official statement is that it is a reasobale course of action and they will not replace the handset.

After all the hassle of downloading the usb driver, now I'm getting the meassage saying my operator does not approve of the update so I can't do it!
I don't understand. I'm with orange and many other people have upgraded their firmware on orange. I was looking forward to having all new icons, as suggested on the first post $(

Any suggestions please!!!

In the internet I found the EU3 but I want to try an update with the EU4.

BIG PROBLEM.. okay, my phone is busted.. I put the new firmware on and was working fine for 4 days. Today I turned on bluetooth and the phone got stuck. I reset the phone and now all I see is 'SEARCHING FOR NETWORK' then it hangs.. nothing I can do to bring it back to life.
Apparently this is ANOTHER major bug with the new firmware, I'm going to attempt to reflash again..

I cant believe I gave up my STABLE K700 for this POS!

Quicker the better, im missing not being able to use GPRS/send MMS, so i hope SE will get this update out asap!
