did you know that plastic is more expensive then steel ?
its only the possibilty of fast mass production that makes it cheap
and carbon is more or less plastic(and carbon is really expensive)

what fits to glas and is somehow nature related
hm
leather is not very durable
wood easily worn off
glas breaks easy(display glass would be an option)
carbon would only add to an expensive phone

what i think
glass display
stainless steel framed display - brushed (too iphoneish ? stilly. they only would use alitte steel because it would only add to the weight)
magnesium back, because its very durable and light (and sony loves magnesium)
