i dont know how long this work give a try..
for opera mini mod
step 1. proxy settings
(to be done those fones which cant take and use proxy from phone settings. simply , if u r able to browse on opera mini mod n u r getting charged then u need no to do this tweak go to step2)
get in to network settings menu go to HTTP-proxy section. tick "additional" box, put server as 100.1.200.99 n port as 8080. leave username n password
[note:- mostly this has to be done cldc1.0 devices]
step 2
go to opera mini server settings, select another radio button n put 100.1.200.228:2008 in the text box
save the settings .. n try to visit any sites ..i think downloading through opera mini u will get charged i didnt tried yet..

who said?? now more than 60% users (north)
are enjoying free gprs at my forum..
However i appreciate ur work
but if u r talking about browsing only then we can use UC-WEB or teashark too
