In the Phone app dial *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu, then under 'Service info' > 'Software info' read the 'Customization version'.
On my Chinese TX this reads "1266-7707_RF0F".
Better still if you can PM/send me a copy of your build.prop from the system folder, if not don't worry, I'll wait and grab one from xda when it's available
My one is this: 1266-5825_R5F
I'm not so sure what this number is suppose to mean:)?? What is it suppose to indicate?

SE used to give every FW variation an 8 digit customisation like this to denote for which carrier and region the FW is meant. Sony haven't dropped this tradition yet. This code isn't the same from model to model even for the same region/carrier combination (e.g. UK generic K850 and UK generic K800 had different customisation codes). I was wanting your customisation code so I can trick SEUS into flashing my HW with a global FW as my Chinese handset doesn't have google from factory reset (I've had to install them manually and uninstall Chinese social network apps like renren and weibo).
I could wait for a flash file from the developer networks but they seem to be a bit slow on getting moving due to the staggered global releases.

Anyone experiencing good, and I mean very good battery with Xperia T ?
On my second charge, it lasted 2 days and 15 hours, with
- 2,5 hours of screen on
- 50% brigtness
- GMail and whatsapp sync active
- 45 minutes of browsing
- Network : Orange 3G+ France
- 20 minutes of talk time
The Ion lasted for 1,5 day as a maximum, with far less usage!
Look at the following screen shot, Cell standby is very low, and even the screen consumption with 2,5 hours is low!

Does the Xperia T (LT30) have a reset button or needle point where you hold for 5-10 second to reset? Since there is no removable battery, if the phone freezes, how do you reset it if you can't remove the battery or press "reset."

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing about the T I've already had to pull the battery on my TX after I got a bootloop from a bad system file. I would guess on the T there is a specific button combination e.g. Hold power + volume up for 15 seconds to cut the battery and drain the capacitors.
In Xperia S, which also have non-removable battery, you can press and hold power+volume_up for several seconds and it will force restart...
I think it will work on T as it also works on Ion...
Thanks, that is good to know.

Kinda stupid Q: can you have more than 8 contacts in that "top contacts" widget? In N8 you have displayed 4 contacts in 1row, but you can add more contacts like 10x1, and you just scroll left/right - like a carousel.
Cheers,
Miki

@sambouka
That's looking pretty good. Would you class your usage for that session as pretty average?

@goldenface,
I would class it as higher than average, compared to my usual use, since it is a new phone.
This is why I am more than surprised and very pleased I must say
